DeRoyal welcomes conversation about our products, services, and activities. You can find us on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Please refer to the policies and practices regarding data privacy and security of these social media platforms or third-party websites. DeRoyal is not responsible for any third-party content published, posted, or otherwise transmitted via these platforms. DeRoyal does not endorse any information contained on these platforms; such content remains solely the views, opinions, and responsibility of such company or party, other than content provided by DeRoyal. Please notify us if you feel any information on our social media profiles violates any of these Terms of Use.
- Be Courteous. Users may not post a) excessive name calling, profanity, fighting words, discriminatory epithets, sexual harassment, bullying, gruesome language or the like; b) fraudulent or misleading information; c) in violation of any intellectual property rights or privacy rights of another; d) in violation of any law or regulation; or e) in violation of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), or the HITECH Act standards. DeRoyal reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to remove content and prohibit individuals from participating on its social media profiles.
- Be Relevant. DeRoyal’s social media sites are for discussions about DeRoyal only. Keep the conversation relevant to the community and contribute to the dialogue. We reserve the right to remove a) off-topic, spam or promotional postings; b) content compromising privacy rights of another, patient confidentiality, or protected health information (PHI); c) proprietary, confidential, sensitive, or nonpublic comments; or d) content otherwise inconsistent with the general purpose of DeRoyal’s social media profiles.
- Be Real. All DeRoyal social media sites postings should come from a real person and, where applicable, a real profile. Postings from fake or anonymous profiles will be deleted when discovered.
- Be Aware. The DeRoyal logo and images on any of its social media profiles are the property of DeRoyal. By posting content to our social media profiles, you grant DeRoyal a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use such content posted by you, as well as rights to copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, edit, translate and reformat, or otherwise incorporate into a collective work.
- Be Selective. There is a place for customer service-related questions, complaints, or concerns from our customers and followers. If you are a customer and have a customer service comment, complaint, or concern, we encourage you to contact us below to ensure that we can respond in a timely manner.
Please Note:
- We will respond to, and then remove, comments that reference an adverse event related to our products. If you have experienced an adverse event using one of our products, please report it to us by calling 1-888-938-7828.
- DeRoyal endorses the use of its products only when appropriately prescribed by a licensed healthcare provider (for prescription only products) and only in accordance with the labeling and instructions for use. We remove comments that contain medical advice or discuss uses of our devices that have not been approved by applicable regulatory bodies.
- We do not accept product ideas via any social media outlet.
DeRoyal’s social media sites are considered public forums. If you choose to post comments to these sites, please be selective in the information you choose to share. Voluntary disclosure of your private health information, non-public personal information (NPPI), intellectual property (such as product ideas), or other private information on these sites is made at your own risk. DeRoyal is not responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of information voluntarily disclosed.
